Sauce on a North End Sidewalk: An Insult, a Threat, or an Accident? March 26
This morning, I found this smashed jar of Ragu Tomato, Basil & Italian Cheese pasta sauce on the sidewalk. It was right in front of the entrance to a popular Italian restaurant. Someone could just have dropped it, but this being the North End, I wonder if it may have been done purposely as a statement on the “Italian-ness” of the establishment.
